A) 100 Squats, objective is to do it in the least amount of sets, with the appropriate rest.  Use resistance, not to light and not max weight. 

After the set, run 1/4 mile

B) anterior reach x8

    DB B.O.R.         x10

   Walkout-T-rotation x5

   Jump rope.        x 50

   Go for 10-1 min, AMRAP

After the set, run 1/4 mile

C)  Bear crawl 15 ft, forward & reverse =1,    X 2,3,4,3

    Run.  X 50 yrds

    V-sweeps  x 10-15

    Jump lunges. X 5 per leg.
