B)  KB offset step up. X 8 per

      KB swings x12

      1 arm row. X 10 per

      negative push ups x 5-8

1/4 mile after 4th set

C)  crunches 30

      Mountain climbers  x 50 total

   .   Run 40 yards, 10 broad jumps, run 40 more, 10 more broad jumps.
