A) Pause squats.  5 x 5 . Mobility inbetween sets

  After the squats, jump rope x 100 + 100 yrd run

B) Anterior reach/ warrior 3 x 6per

     Broad jump into chest pass x 6

     Inv row (tmpo)  x8

     Isometric floor press. X 10

3-4 rounds

   After the sets, jump rope x 100+ 100yrd run

C) Prowler sled. X 50 yds

     Burpees.   X 3 , 8 , 10

     Jack knives. X 12 per

      Run.         X 80 yrds
