Mondays workout 3/30

You're going to start with a main movement.  DB power snatch(single arm). You are recruiting more muscles being in the ground position so you should be able to go a bit heavier than you would in the hang position. Guess JP considers that as heavy.

5 sets of 6 reps per arm

 

 move the weight for ground to over head as fast as possible

After your 5 sets, your going into a circuit. 5 moves 

1) lunges x 10 per leg ( weighted or body weight )

2) kb highpulls. X 15

Plank jacks x 20

Burpees x 5

 finish every round with a jog/ sprint of about 50 yards.
